Please review the EXHIBITING AT MIP and RULES AND CONDITIONS pages on this website before completing the form below and submitting your artwork to the jury for our next exhibition. Kindly note that artists are required to carry their own insurance for their artwork or, alternatively, sign a waiver acknowledging that AWP will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.

Please note - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting your entry. If you do not, you should assume that you have not successfully applied. If we can’t send an email to you, then we can’t let you know whether you are in the exhibit. If you don’t get the confirmation email, contact us, and we will help you figure out what is wrong.

Use Title Case for Names and Titles (E.g. Steve instead of STEVE or steve, Lost in Space instead of LOST IN SPACE or lost in space). That will save us the hassle of having to correct for consistency.

If you are submitting two works, please consider that they should show well together and conform with the groupings that we use for our exhibits. If the mediums for the two works differ, we are less likely to select both pieces. It’s best if the sizes are similar.

There is no longer a size limit on the images that you upload. For good quality images on our website, the file size should be at least 50 kB.
